Shipping Fee

This website (hereinafter referred to as "this shop") charges a flat rate of OOOO yen (excluding tax) nationwide, except for some areas, where the price is OOOO yen (excluding tax).
If you purchase items totaling over OOOO yen, shipping will be free.

<Shipping Method>

The shipping method will be determined by our shop and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method.
As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific time slots or dates.

<Delivery time>

Generally, it will arrive within 2-3 days after shipping is completed. (In some cases, it may take 3-4 days.)
However, please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held.

<Regarding damage during delivery>

When packing, we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched before preparing it for shipping.

However, after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some trouble may occur during transportation or damage may be caused by the delivery company.
We ask for your understanding that there may be dents or scratches on the outer box, provided that they do not interfere with the use of the main unit.

Shipping Disclaimer (Possible Delays)

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible after it has been placed, however, there may be delays in delivery due to the following factors:

• Impact of bad weather, disasters, and traffic conditions

• During busy periods such as the New Year holidays, long weekends, and sales periods

• Delivery company's convenience and delays

• Product inventory status and order status from suppliers

Due to these reasons, delivery may be delayed beyond the scheduled delivery date, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility for this.
